The moment I heard the words Celtic Reiki, my whole body said yes before my brain could catch up. I signed up before I even knew what it was. Best decision of my life.
My mentor's teacher was leading a Celtic Reiki Teacher Training and my mentor invited me to join. I felt a full body zing the second she shared it. No questions, no hesitation. I clicked the link and enrolled and from that moment everything shifted.
What I did not expect was what happened when I started working with the trees.
My Nana was one of those people who made the whole world feel more alive. She was funny and quick witted and deeply rooted in the natural world. She read to me often and taught me how to read. She hung bird feeders in the birch tree outside our bay window and taught me every bird by name. We had a weeping willow in our yard with a swing. I spent most of my childhood in the magic of those two trees without ever knowing they were already teaching me something.
When she passed, I thought that particular connection was gone.
Then during my Celtic Reiki attunements, Birch and Willow came through. Powerfully. I started to feel her presence again. I started talking to her again. Birds we used to watch together began showing up on my nature walks. And then one day I smelled her perfume. I could not even tell you the name of it. I am not sure they even make it anymore. But I feel her presence most strongly when I am with the trees.
Clairs I had never worked with before, smell, taste, hearing, began to open. I did not just feel her. I experienced her.
What had been blurry flashes of color and half formed images in my intuitive work became HD with surround sound. The connection sharpened across all of my gifts. Some I did not even realize I had until I started working with the trees.
